All rooms have a private bath. *Fireplaces in use November through April 15 only. Pets are allowed in our Captain West House(by prior arrangement and with a $15 charge).The Salem Inn does not have elevators. If you have difficulty with stairs please notify us prior to arrival.
Deposits:
Two night minimum stay required for Saturday nights from April 15 through September 30, 2013.
A one night deposit is required for each reservation and must be received within one week of booking or
reservation will be automatically cancelled without notice. Deposits are credited to the last night of reservation,
balance is due on arrival. Deposits are not refunded for shortened stays. Additional deposit may be required for
holidays or special events, extended stays and group reservations. Taxes are not included in the rates.
Cancellations:
If reservations are cancelled more than seven days prior to arrival date, deposit will be returned
less a $15 service charge per room. Reservations cancelled within seven days of arrival date will result in loss of deposit.
