Deposits and Cancellations:

Mid-week stays: A one night deposit is required at time of booking. If reservations are cancelled before October 1, 2008 deposit will be returned less a $25 service fee per room. Cancellations made after October 1, 2008 result in loss of deposit.

Weekend stays: Three night minimum stay required. A three-night deposit is required per room at time of booking. If reservations are cancelled before October 1, 2008 deposit will be refunded less a service fee equal to one night's stay. Cancellations made after October 1, 2008 will result in loss of entire three-night deposit.

Halloween stays: Four night minimum stay required. A four-night deposit is required per room at time of booking. If reservations are cancelled before October 1, 2008 deposit will be refunded less a service fee equal to one night's stay. Cancellations made after October 1, 2008 will result in loss of entire four-night deposit.

Deposits are required for each reservation and must be received within one week of making your reservation. If deposit is not received within the allotted time, reservations will be automatically cancelled without notice. Deposit are credited to the last night of reservation, balance is due on arrival. Deposits are not refunded for shortened stays. Please understand exceptions cannot be made for any reason during this busy time.

Please note that our fireplaces are not operational in October.
