Directions:

From Logan Airport: Exit airport and follow signs to Route 1A North (Revere/Lynn). Merge onto Route 1A North (East Boston Parkway). Follow for approximately 2.6 miles. Continue on local roads towards Route 1 North (Saugus/N.H.-Maine). Bear left on Route 60 West. Enter rotary and take the first exit on Route 107 North (Broadway). Follow for approximately 8.5 miles. Stay straight onto Essex Street. Turn right onto Summer Street. The Salem Inn will be on your left. (Approx. 30 minute drive).

From Maine/New Hampshire: Take I-95 South (Maine) or I-93 South (New Hampshire) to Route 128 North exit. From Route 128 take Exit 25A onto Route 114 East. Follow Route 114 East 3 miles into Salem. The Salem Inn will be on your left (on Route 114) at the intersection of Essex Street.

From Boston: Take I-93 North to I-95 North (which is also Route 128 North). After Exit 44 the highway splits, stay on Route 128 North which bears to the left. The exit numbers then drop into the twenties. Take Exit 25A onto Route 114 East. Follow Route 114 East for approximately 3 miles into Salem. The Salem Inn will be on your left (on Route 114) at the intersection of Essex Street. (Approx. 30 minute drive)

From the Mass Turnpike: Take I-90 East (Mass Turnpike) to Route 128 North (which is also I-95 North). After Exit 44 the highway splits, stay on Route 128 North which bears to the left. The exit numbers then drop into the twenties. Take Exit 25A onto Route 114 East. Follow Route 114 East for approximately 3 miles into Salem. The Salem Inn will be on your left (on Route 114) at the intersection of Essex Street. (Approx. 45 minutes from the Mass Pike Exit)

From New York City: Take I-95 North as far as New Haven, Connecticut. Once in New Haven, take I-91 North to Hartford. In Hartford, pick up I-84 East. Follow I-84 East to I-90 East (Mass Turnpike). Follow Mass Pike East to Route 128 Exit. Follow Route 128 North (which is also I-95 North). After Exit 44 the highway splits, stay on Route 128 North which bears to the left. The exit numbers then drop into the twenties. Take Exit 25A onto Route 114 East. Follow Route 114 East for approximately 3 miles into Salem. The Salem Inn will be on your left (on Route 114) at the intersection of Essex Street. (Approx. 4 1/2 hours)
